About Me

Learning and creativity are at the center of everything I do. With over a decade of experience in education, I’ve spent my career designing lessons, materials, and experiences that help people understand complex ideas and build confidence in their skills.

My passion for instructional design comes from seeing how thoughtful learning design can transform information into something clear, engaging, and actually useful. I love taking big ideas, breaking them down, and turning them into learning experiences that people can immediately apply in their work.

Based in New York City, I spend my days designing learning, exploring new technologies, and finding better ways to make training more engaging and accessible. When I’m not working on a project, I’m usually exploring the city, planning my next trip, or spending time with my niece and nephew.

I believe AI is the engine, but the instructional designer is the driver. The most valuable part of instructional design has never been the tools; it has always been the designer behind them.

AI has transformed the way we create learning, and I embrace it as part of my design process. It helps me brainstorm ideas, accelerate development, and work more efficiently. But what truly sets me apart is my background in adult education and learning theory. Those experiences guide every decision I make, from identifying learner needs to selecting the right instructional strategies and designing experiences that lead to meaningful performance outcomes.

As a former educator, I know that effective learning doesn't happen simply because information is presented, it happens because the learning experience is intentionally designed around the people who will use it. AI enhances my workflow by helping me generate ideas and work more efficiently, but it is my expertise in adult learning theory, instructional strategy, needs analysis, and learner-centered design that transforms those ideas into meaningful learning experiences that drive real performance and lasting impact.
